Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what information we collect through our website and in the course of providing accounting and bookkeeping services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It includes our terms for text messaging (SMS).
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services:
- Contact details you give us — name, business name, email address, telephone or mobile number, and the content of your message.
- Service information — the accounting, bookkeeping and property-management records we are engaged to work on for a client.
- Communications — email, telephone calls and text messages exchanged with us, including call and message records.
- Basic website data — standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested, used to keep the site working and secure.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website, and the site is not directed to children under 13.
2. How we use information
- To answer enquiries and provide the accounting and bookkeeping services we are engaged for
- To communicate with you about your account, your records, and work in progress
- To send documents, statements, reports and filings relevant to your engagement
- To meet our legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations
- To operate, secure and improve our website and systems
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
We use text messaging to communicate with clients and with people who contact us. Messages are conversational and informational — replies to questions, updates on work in progress, and notices about documents or deadlines. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How consent is obtained
In most cases consent is implied: you find our number on this website, on an invoice or in correspondence, and you text us to ask a question. By starting that conversation you consent to receive replies from us by text. Where we ask you directly — in person, by telephone, by email or on a form — consent is express, and we record it.
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile numbers and consent information collected for text messaging are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own marketing.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also ask us to stop by email or telephone. Opting out of text messages does not affect your engagement with us or our ability to reach you by email or telephone.

- With service providers who process information on our behalf — for example accounting platforms, document storage and telephony providers — under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, limited to what is necessary;
- Where required by law, or to establish or defend legal rights.
We do not share mobile opt-in or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes.
6. Data security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information, including encrypted storage of credentials and access tokens, access restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, and multi-factor authentication on the systems we use.
7. Retention
